promised myself I would get a tattoo for my 50th!

have one out of sight from my younger days.

Problem is I cant find/ design anything I really like, I have a handfull of ideas to discuss with the tatooist.

Design is to go on my upper arm and needs to be tree related as I have been 'playing' with trees for 32 years.

Had an Oak leaf design in mind but missus pointed out it was damn nearly thr National Trust logo.

any ideas etc please

whats yours?

How about something like these? Image isn't me but something I came across whilst looking for reference for gap fillers on my legs.

When did you promise yourself this ? Some things just don't really matter and if you need the help of strangers to decide what to have permanently etched onto your body it's probably better to wait till you have more of an idea yourself of what you want.

Having worked as a Tattooist for 12 years myself, I feel qualified to say "this is the best advice you will ever get on this thread".

Always quite fancied a tattoo of The Green Man myself.
