Breaking Hanix H22b Excavator

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone is breaking a Hanix h22b or similar machine at the moment, I have a hydraulic problem on mine and it is looking impossible to source parts without costing more than the machine is worth.

Failing that would anyone be interested in parts from mine, it has a full cab and everything apart from the valve block is functioning perfectly, full cab with heater, good 3cyl isuzu engine, good arm and pins etc.

Cheers for reading

From what I can tell the overload relief valve is knackered, I'm not an expert on hydraulic systems so this has come from a mechanic and the people at the parts store, but their diagnosis seems to make sense to me.

I cannot source the new valve alone as it only comes as part of the block and this is looking at over £4k + a 4 month wait while it comes over by cargo ship.

What's the chances of sacking off the defective unit and replacing it with a separate generic PR valve?

i would look about for a plate on the valve block and try and cross-reference it with another type of machine theres bound to be another manufacturer that would use the same valve block or substitute parts from a different valve into the case a bit of ingenious bodging might be required

At first I thought it may be possible but I cant find anyone who can source something the same.

I will try and put some pictures up later on this afternoon to see if anyone has any ideas.

Other that this it is a great little machine and I dont really want to see it go.
