duplicate/triplicate quote pads

I’m considering trying to design a pad that will enable me to issue a quote to a customer (with terms and conditions on reverse), on a second page issue me with a copy of the quote and on a third page issue a description of work with a risk assessment template - for issue to a work team.

anyone use anything that they wouldn't mind me looking at, or does anyone have any useful ideas

thanks

Dean

good idea to combine quote sheet and job card, i,ve been doing both seperately and noting major hazards and costumer quirks etc on job sheet.

i would be reluctant to combine risk assessment in case it would tempt crew not to assess site for themselves when doing their site safety plan on the day

I had considered going all techno and getting a tablet and a spreadsheet to do this but I just cant picture one surviving very long covered in wood chip dust, mud and water come the winter, and I'm bound to leave it in the cold damp work van overnight rather than take it in and download and use it.

I know the alternative is a little stone age but if I can design something that cuts down the paper work i already do on the computer - but means i simply have to save a hard copy its likely to cut down my work load.

the RA template wouldn't be filled in at the time of the quote but would be on the back of the job sheet ready to be filled in onsite once issued.

I'd like to issue them to every quote.

I really want to try and cut down the processing but up the recording

if i can generate everything - t and c's, job description, quote for records and an RA i feel this will save me loads of re writing the same old thing at each stage.

i might be wrong too - but would like to give it a try

We use them here for quotes, great to give to the client there and then to discus the quote whilst your there. Also gives you the chance to defend your quote and explain instead of clients having a heart attack when they see the price.

We have t and c's on the back of the clients copy, and on the back of our job sheet we have a tick box of any additional gear we may require on that job, client consideration ect.
