Used/cheap LIGHT firewood saw recommendation?

Hmm well i dont think youl get anything better in the 50cc-ish size. Maybe what you want to do is chop in the PS6000 for a newer, lighter 60cc saw? Get onto TCD on here for a new Dolly 6100 ;-)

 

I import the non CE yank ones; Shavey on here is yer man for CE marked Dollies.

 

Ive got a nice Echo CS-600 for sale; perfect firewood saw on a 16" or 18" b&c.

I don't think I'll make enough on my two saws to cover a new Dolmar, sadly.

If you can't afford new, then stick with what you've got.

 

Why replace both yours with a secondhand gamble? If you can't afford new then a slightly different saw is unlikely to make much difference to the bottom line.

 

And when that secondhand gamble breaks, you've snookered yourself without a backup saw.

 

I've not a lot of good things to say about a Stihl MS290, but the new MS 291 ticks your boxes and will be new with warranty:
