LOLER inspecting

What prices are people paying for LOLER inspections? Having looked through some old posts, some are charging £40 and others upto £75??

I charge £30 an hour.You may find the £75 is for a standard kit inspection.

£35 an hour! I need to get my LOLER inspector cert and start having a go!

 

I only charge just over double that for 3 men, van, chipper and all the gear.

i charge dependent on what i do

if the kit is well presented ready marked and paperwork in place ect £35 ISH

if it all needs sorting and marking it,s obviously more work so i charge a bit more

rigging stuff similar

i also have proper marking equipment and label making machines ect which allows proper unique ID and all relevant info

Loler inspections take time to do properley marking recording using proper labeling and heat srink seting up a recording system travel so 75 quid a kit is a good price one kit including basic rigging that is ifthe kit is allready labeld up and systems in place then its cheeper and please note that loler inspection has moved on so much in the last two years it is a level 3 quolification so use a good inspector with quolifications to do the job Access Arboriculture - the tree experts

to be honest the cost would not bother me to much as long as it was in my oppinion acceptable , i would rather pay a bit more and know the kit has been inspected without a rush . ross turner is good and fair and well worth using IMO
