Chainsaw boots for groundwork

Ive got wood walkers at the moment, but don't think they'll last past a second winter seeing as how worn they are up to now.

 

I do scramble around in hedges all winter so nought but thorns and briars so I suppose that's just as good as it gets?

 

As far as comfort goes, they're OK but I'm glad to get them off as soon as I'm home!

Looks like ill be stumping up for a pair of meindls then! Cheers for all the responses, will try and head down to a local dealer this week and try a few pairs on!

Jon are the airs your talking about the meindl Airstreams?

 

Seen a lot of positive stuff about woodwalks/Airstreams but thought they were more geared towards climbing?

Hi mate, I like my haix tibet forest boots. Very tough and robust. Perhaps a tad on the heavy side but I guess that gives you more protection generally. Only had them a few months but seem to be holding up very well.
