New Buckingham Harness??

I'm a rugby chap, so I'll skip on the footy stuff...

I have said before, and will say again: Tree Austria 3.2. Great harness, comfy, giant leg loops, and is just a very good, and less expensive, alternative to the Motion

But that is, of course, just my humble opinion :001_tongue:

Hi A- Climber always thought and always will think that paying over and way above £220 ish for any harness is a bit steep so will never go motion.

They are a few now and it's a buyers market. But I must say this new Marlow harness is a breath of fresh air and not only looks good it's got everything a harness needs for around the £195 £200 mark. Trust me they will sell reall really well and you herd it here first and if silky fox is on the case I need say no more that guy knows his stuff.

I also had a look at it seemed ok but silly price imo.whats the idea of that piece of leather at the back just to cover the makers tag. What a wast of time. Still nice harness but after seeing the marlow its a no contest.for me anyway and I,am real fussy bout my kit:thumbup:

Hello 5 shires, hope all is well :) gutted I missed the APF, has marlow brought out a harness? Has anyone got any pictures if so?

Hi Arran hope you well and all good fella. Ya look on silky's thread, I took him to have a look and we diid a few pics and a brief description. It's a well smart and solid piece of kit and the priceing even better around £200 and May be a bit less.

APF on again at Ragley in 2016 make sure you there next time. Catch you soon

Hi. I got the new Buckingham at the apf, with seat as it was one of few that has the seat built in. Been using it a lot since then, very comfy but yes the bit of rope at the front looks a bit funny and worse when the krab slides of the end of the protective sheaf it gets stuck on the thiner rope. You have to lift your wait off a shimy the krab across. I don't know what the 2 little rubber gromits are supposed to do. I have taped the ends of sliding rope so that it is the same thickness as the sheaf and this works well. So now very happy with it

As said before it's a nice harness but a couple of silly design features and a bit pricey for what you get but at least not motion price.

I went for the new marlow camp safety harness it's coming today and if it wears and performs half as good as it looks I'll be very happy.

First in the country to have one and have been ask'd to do a feed back report on it after a using it for a month. Should be interesting:thumbup:
