If you want a processor that ticks all the boxes get a tajfun 400 joy its fast you will need a big tractor to move it or a telehandler. Andy at kILWORTH is the man to speak to 3 people i know have all had demo's off the big firms and gone for the Tajfun.

I have one, log deck really good, big splitter, strong, out feed conveyor hydraulic which can be slowed down or speeded up, saw dust extractor straight into bin so no shovelling

Down side, picks up little sticks on out feed conveyor which jams.

Need to shovel out a couple scoops every 1/2 hour.

Bars don't last much more than 50 ish tons

Kilworth really good to deal with.

Posch 280, most of are wood is soft and fits the machine perfectly.. we did look at the tafjun and the 360 seriously this year with the view of upgrading but a new tractor is taking priority over a processor.

The 400 did look a good machine though and it would win in dealer support ,Seriously 50 tonnes per bar?

Looked at 350 but didn't like non moving conveyor, won't cut massive but if ur doing soft wood u can spec size of cord so doesn't matter so much. Bars may do more actually thinking about it in months time not tons. Have big posch spitter which is built well
