Not out tomoz as working. Will be out on Saturday tho but by that time the geese will have been shot at and take a different flightline.

So far from what ive seen the duck situation is pretty poor mallard wise and I don't tend to see much in the way of teal or wigeon until the end of November..

Saw a duck with ducklings yesterday only a few weeks old.

 

Mallard with ducklings still on the local fishing pond and Canada geese with gosling.

I used to get out after Geese on the stubble, but I wouldn't shoot one now. I've gone a bit soft like that.

I also feel like that, think its quite common in older folks, we have killed our share. I have given up deer stalking and am doing almost no pheasant shooting this time. Getting into photography.
