Roundwood Timber Prices - Euroforest

As no one is caring to comment I assume you have some costs, if so advise roughly where you are and what cost for what timber.

 

The issue affecting delivered in prices is the cost of haulage and how far the felling site is from you.

 

I did ask Euroforest for prices a couple of years ago but finished up buying from Nick Channor here.

In the South West softwood from them can be around £35 roadside Hardwood £50. Haulage 8 wheeler app. 17.5T £ 190 whatever distance.

 

How does this compare? Thanks for the reply.

 

I would say price is dependent on quantity. We also buy from Mark but I believe he would not want individually agreed prices made public.

Depending where you are in the UK the prices for roadside Roundwood for firewood seems to vary widely from Euroforest.

 

Where are you and what do you pay for Softwood / Hardwood from Euroforest?

Are you serious? £35 roadside for softwood from MW?! That's £10/metre more than I'm getting!

 

Cut out the middle man!! Go straight to the cutter! :sneaky2::thumbup:
