Just inquiring if any body has experience of this and what they have found is the best dealer to go with.

Had a few quotes and some have made my eyes water and others not so bad.

Looking to Mitsubishi warrior or Isuzu. It isn't going to be towing great massess and will be part work part personal use.

Done contract hire in the past and can work really well with certain business models especially if cash flow is an issue. Works well with vat reg business'. My advice would be not to get more than u need and keep add ons to a minimum to keep your repayments as low as possible. Can't help with company to deal with.

A caveat must surely be, watch out for the charges when returning a vehicle at the term end. They will get you for every scratch and dent, worn tyre, mucky seat and worn carpet! Extra mileage costs can mean that for the last 3 months, it is left in the yard if you are going to go over!

This.

My old boss many years ago trashed a contract truck, had to pay the hire charges and then buy it off them for far more than it's value.

Personally I'd never have a contract hire vehicle.

Hi I've got an l200 on contract until next July.

Really happy so far will see at the end though!

Got mine through http://www.pickuptrucksdirect.co.uk/?gclid=CjwKEAjwyYCgBRCMmbWl5beV_RQSJABESqHAXYCCjAILxA-5v_1x2WIB6Ak-qQAo97-IoY5f9WOAihoCYSHw_wcB

Ford ranger looks reasonable on there at the moment.

Having said that depends on how much you want to spend!:confused1:

None of the deals seem too bad except the vw

Cheers Richard
