Quercus Ilex , Holm Oak , Evergreen oak , or just plain green oak and have heard Holly oak ( the Ilex in holly ) all the same ...

Yeah as above, be careful of using 'evergreen oak', I've heard of someone doing work on the wrong tree because a site had more than one evergreen oak, common names can be misleading.
