I want to send a 16ft tripod ladder to a friend down south so he can do his big hedges. Can't find anyway of getting them to him with couriers.

Anyone know of a courier that will take these big awkward ladders :)

Cheers Paul

I know it sounds mad but try Pickfords . A couple of years back I had a Danequip stump grinder moved from west country to Leeds for the princley sum of £38! they said i would have to wait until the next delivery to my area (8 days) and it would only drop at a commercial premises.

Uship .com just say what it is size post code to collect to delivery and people bid for the job. hada load of binders to be delivered and had a quote of £38 could not do it for that cost me more in fuel
