synth chainoil

Hy guys I was carving out a throne type chair yesterday and did not have my ms180 with me so I borrowed a new ms170 and put sthil synth plus chain oil in it but after it had been running about 5min there was chainoil everywhere I use synth oil in my old ms180 and even on hot days I have never had it driping of the saw had a good look at said ms170 and could not see anything wrong and was wondering if any of you guys had come across anything similar
