nice truck ,

& mines stil shiney ,most of the time :laugh1:word of warning get some proper matt as swadust sticks like glus to that carpet ,iv got some carbon fiber mud matts ,not cheap

 

Yes, mines full of grass and sawdust already! And you are right, carpets are a bitch to clean!

Where did you get the mats?

Do you have seat covers in yours?

 

 

 

Jon, traction control works superbly in these, way better grip on road than the landrover. I have the same tyres as I did on my landrover. The Landrover is like punishment to drive compared to this. The Landrover is much more practical though, but I think mainly because I wasn't scared to scratch it.

HI JIM the LR 90/110/130 may be punishment to drive BUT it will pull the 3.5ton well when your on a hill in your with a trailer of 3.5tons on how do you pull away as you can not go from LOW TO HIGH ON THE MOVE auto i can see how you can thanks jon :thumbup:

HI JOHNY all the best with yours mate but im out if i have go up all the hills around me with 3.5tons set in low box it going use more fuel then a iveco 4x4 mate and they only 15/20mpg so that sounds night mere job to me BUT ALL THE BEST TO YOU ON YOUR AUTO BOX ONE THANKS JON :thumbup:

To be fair, as soon as you are moving its got more go than the landrover (and mine was a fiddled with TD5).

I seem to be averaging about 25mpg with alot of towing and a slightly heavy foot.

The landrover was 10-20mpg.

Its pretty hilly around here, but its no Porlock hill! Wow thats steep!

averging 31mpg out & about ,now towing nocks it down to 21/23,but improves on a run (ie) motorway
