Hello Buzzsurgeon.

Back in the day a company called Arborplant used to buy Timberwolf 35/150 machines take them off the axles and fit them to their own track bases, Unfortunately Arborplant no longer trade. So parts identification and supply can be difficult. There is a company in south wales that has helped in similar circumstances called Evans and Reids mini excavator. Contact number is 01639 630587. Hope this helps

Wouldn't Richard Hunt, the importer who supplied Patrick Watts, be able to help? Is he still the Hinowa tracked barrow importer? Do Hinowa still bring in the tracked cherry picker?

I just refurbed mine last week, bearings collapsed in wheel and wore centre of wheel away, so built it up with weld, re skimmed it on lathe and fitted new bearings, ram was ok so just slid back together
