Shes mendable, looks like an aftermarket top end on it, is it?

It was the original cylinder with a meteor piston and Yeh it's mendable but I haven't got the spare cash to be throwing at it at the moment more a case of goodbye for a good while

Also I did get a 660 pot and piston to put on a while ago from ghs and the quality was rubbish what are those hyway kits like ?

I like hyway. Just make sure you use original clips on the end of the piston/gudgeon pin.

 

Certainly not a right off and she will run again. Stick in a dark place until you get some money together.

Was there any porting done - just wondered if the port wasn't re-bevelled well!

its not dead, just not very well, squirt with wd40 and a little rest till you can afford a new (bigger) pot and piston, it will live again

Mild porting spud and only the edges of the port not top or bottom, and the saw been used a fair bit since then with no problems.
