If I replace the six tooth sprocket on my ms210 with a seven tooth will I get a higher chain speed? Im pretty new to chainsaws and was just wondering if it was worth it as I need to replace the sprocket anyway, any info would be appreciated, thanks!

Out of wood and at the entry of the wood, yes - but the reduced effective torque very soon will result in really low rpm, and lower chain speed than with the small sprocket (and bogging) in the wood.

I some cases (where the saw has "spare" torque for the cutting attachment) a larger sprocket is a good option, but certainly not with a MS210.

If you haven't got a ported saw ( or a big motor ) then sometimes it will make it worse . You need torque to pull a high gear . Like trying to drive your truck up a steep hill in top ....

extra pin rims/sprockets are usually fitted to larger saws running small bars or ported saws where the extra load of the larger sprocket is easily accomodated with the torque of the saws!

I'll just leave this here...
