Taking one of the bungs out increases the power.Two bungs might make it run too cool or you will have to tune it so rich that it won't idle.

 

You can block up the bungs with a carridge bolt and two washers.Put the nut on the outside and leave enough of the threaded portion sticking out of the washer so you can grip it when you turn the nut.
