My Flinty, comes to work with me every day. Great company, great working dog, great friend to the whole family.

I have not owned one but from what I have seen of springer spaniel s they are best as a working dog. Lots of energy and powerful for their size. . I am sure some make great family pets and all breeds can. But in my experience some are better suited..

But "own brand" dry dog nuts from the local Agri feed merchants.

£8.00/15kg and feed "ad lib"

Plus the megre table scraps, very mouldy bread etc.

And rich tea biscuits (bits of) in bed in the morning while I have my milky coffee.

Out of interest, is anyone feeding their dog on a raw diet?

 

Yeh think there is quite a few on here feed their dogs on the ' barf ' diet . Been threads on it before ..
