hows this for a nifty splitter :biggrin:

 

if you put the blade on the underside of the beam you could drive around splitting logs from the comfort of the seat

Heath Robinson springs to mind!! I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask but does anyone know where i can get an arctic load of hardwood logs from in the north west for ringing and splitting for firewood?

That's what I thought.

 

Retro hubcaps! what a touch, still think it needs a log loading arm or failing that an apprentice, (or even an oxygen mask for the old chap)
