im looking for some help in regards with public liability insurance, basically im looking to get some extra jobs here and there so im looking at getting a very basic PL insurance policy can you good folks recommend some companies to get intouch with about getting it.

Lycetts, 01483 489291, arb specialists, good rates, payment terms iff you require, I have had no cause to go elsewere.

trust insurance . just qouted me £200 cheaper then lycetts

Just a thought tuppy, did you get your vehicle ins from NFU?

 

If you do have any other policies with them, they can tend to be very competative. Think they offer an occasional climbers policy that is a landscrapers polisy but gives you cover for a limited number of big trees per year.

 

Worth asking but as been said in other threads, different offices say different things!

i never got it throught them but that was only because i totally forgot about it and then got all excited when i got the land rover anyway ill give thema try.

 

Anyone got a number for the nfu thats near me? im in ayrshire scotland

Hi chap,

I've only ever used Lycetts but they are good as gold. When I got chipper cover Trust insisted on getting it stamped all over (approx £200) whereas Lycetts siad clamp it in your garage over night (£0.00)!

i dont have any gear like chippers and stuff, i have my saws and climbing ropes all im looking for is a company to get PL through for doing jobs here and there,

 

can someone give me a rough price for it if possible?
