How do you remove van sign writing.

Thanks for all the advice guys, went with a wall paper stripper then petrol on a rag followed by t cut. The biggest thing I have learnt is be careful how much sign writing you put on a truck as one day you will have to get it off.

Hot water from the kettle to melt the adhesive then I used petrol to clean any bits left over . I have used this method on both Red and white trucks and the petrol did not damage the paintwork .

 

 

+1 for the hot water technique. Using a heat gun tends to warm it too much and leave lots of adhesive behind. Get it right though and it should peel away leaving minimal residue.
