I bought chipper knives from them and they were genuine.

 

Maybe they offer an option on copied knives but I doubt they'd have a guarantee.

Well I seriously doubt that I will ever use them again after last times charade & this weeks abysmal 'customer service'.

I'd still be waiting for my call back if I hadn't chased them up. I know the APF is on but I ordered something from fr Jones at the same time, which won't be here until after the N. A. S order but they have kept me informed all the way. So thumbs-up to jonesy & to N. A. S - sort it out!
