What are sugihara bars like

i have one on a 346 and seems to cut nice, the only problem is cant seem to dress it with a normal file! dosent need much dressing tho.

Im looking a new bar for my jonsered 510sp it has to be 18 inch 68 dl .58 ive seen a sugihara laminated bar that I fancy but I was wondering what you think of them

An 18" 3/8" setup sounds like too much on that saw really.

 

I have heard nothing but good about the Sugi light bars, but knows too little to comment on their other bars.

It pulls really well with a 18inch bar. Im running a 16 at the moment as that's the only bar I have since the 18 got damaged.

Well, peoples perception of what "pulls good" means obviously will vary a lot.
