Chainsaw repairer needed near chelmsford

Is there anyone near chelmsford who does chainsaw repair as the local shop we use is really busy and could do with Some help with some saws .

Have you tried Stanton Hope? Failing that, you could try Dave Harris over in Rayleigh.

So just post your saws to Spud. That's what I do as he's nowhere near me.

I recently sent him my 395xp and it only cost £13.

I live in Chelmsford and I use Spud for serious stuff, Santon's for anything quick! Last time I posted the saw to Spud and then picked it up one evening after work.

 

It's a 3hr round trip, but that said Stanton's is an hour, you can only go during work hours and you can wait quite a while to be served if it's busy, plus you always end up spending another £100 on "while I'm here" purchases!

I went on a road trip to The house of spud today and just wanted to say what a nice guy he has taken some saws in for general repair and I have already had a text saying one is nearly done so really good news .
