Quercus Suber - Cork Oak - I think!?

I wonder whether anyone can confirm whether this is a Cork Oak.

Ive seen some in Arboretums, but none as big as the one in these pics.

I would like to formally measure and register it, but so many Evergreen Oak, and wonder if anyone think it may be otherwise.

Im not sure if it produces Acorns yet, and no evidence of any on the ground.

Could be Lucombe, but leaves look different, more pronounced and distinctive teeth, also bark seems more fissured.

The tree lives in South West England, photos taken Late December 2013.

Any help/ comments would be appreciated.

Mmmh...I don't think so...

Cork Oak trees can hybrid with Quercus ilex... I don't know if they can with more others trees, the leaves look very similar to some cork oak leaves, but that bark seems different (I think I saw that type of bark somewhere... If I see it again I will take a photo)

Ps How do I put pictures here???????

Could it be an Algerian Oak . Quite often they hold their leaves through winter . They also can hybrid with other Oaks .....

Also if in the South West as you say will probably hold its leaves all winter .

Quercus Canariensis I think ....
