Here are a few pics of my first crane job, was a really good day once i had done the first few lifts. Cant wait to do get another job that needs a crane!

its such a buzz watching the timber getting lifted slowly away from you. i think i will now always be thinking on big dismantling quotes will it be more cost effective to use a crane rather than slowly rope it all down

no we had it on a 5 ton tirfor holding it to the house. And when finished the last cut about 4ft up truck i thought if i let the tirfor out it would stand up, but it only moved few inches.

it wasnt really big skyhuck ,stump is about 40" ish , i do know i want to do bigger now . At the end of the day we were lifting 1.4 ton lumps

Andymacp that looks like it will be fun, lots of reverse gobs and taking it slowly to check weight of lumps i would say but i aint no expert yet
