Type A or C trousers....

Evening all

Just browsing on skyland and was having a think, I need some new trousers....now I use hi flex type c, in my opinion very good in the winter not so good in the summer due to how thick they are, now I was wondering who here climbs wearing type a trousers? Because I'm thinking, in terms of comfort type a might be an option, now I know you loose the rear protection, but on examination of my current set, all the damage has been done to the front...and type a seem to protect the main areas, arteries ect

What are your thoughts?

Just a quickie here.

REMEMBER AFAG 401 Tree Climbing Ops recommends Type C's in the tree (unless very hot weather and risk assessment dictates Type A's.)

Hence, potentially, an insurance issue if a back of leg cut occurs (not that I'm aware of many) and wearing Type A's.

Take care out there.

Paul
