Letting it run doesn't work 100%, the draft caused by the drum running stops any small bits from dropping down! roughly 8" from the bottom of the hopper will be spotless! and bits higher up will be kept back.

Once you stop the engine, the bits will fall down and possibly jam the drum when trying to start.brush back or blow through.

If it's just something really small jammed/stopping the engine crank you also have the option of putting a decent sized screw driver or similar through the end of the drum shaft and turn the lot over by hand. Just need to pull the belt guard cover off to do it.

Drop [email protected] a line; they'd given me some pretty competative prices on new ones before the one on ebay came up.

Seemed like they were offering them discounted so that it was the same as full retail without the VAT.

It was £3897+VAT for the CS100 - 18E and £3385.20 for the CS100 - 16.

They were doing the Trailer for just over a grand, but a lot of people on here have mentioned using a pedestrian road roller trailer as being a much cheaper alternative. I saw a tatty but functional one of these on ebay for £300.00.

Hope that helps...
