Love it! Some good replies to be fair about the cost of running a firm etc. The company mentioned on the second page (Theocus) are members on here. Wonder if they got a call asking for a price without seeing the tree. I love that myself. :thumbup:

Ash being like gold dust you'd think someone would offer to cut it down and pay for the privilege, he's not looked into it very deeply obviously. :D

12mtr tree next to a block of flats. is it his tree as he lives in the flats has he permision to cut it down. and o will get dad to give me a hand as he has a chain saw. then he must be fully qualified.:biggrin: what if it has a tpo on it hope he has the cash for the fine cutting it down without permision.

as you say what do they charge for servicing a car. £50 a hour and they go on about what tree surgeons charge.
