Harness kit

The 'basic kit' we used on course was:

1x hemet, 1x harness, 1x rope, 6x karabiners,

3x prussics (2 long 1 short)

1x webbing strap 1x wire core flip line, 1x set of spikes

This allowed for climbing and ariel rescue.

I would have a first aid kit and silky on mine too as well as add 2 extra rings to my bridge

Cheers guys I only ask as Iam doing my cs40 next week it's been a while since I've done an assessment Iam sure there's a standard kit set by the arb association

Things that need to be on, rope with prussik and crab and a wirecore. For your cs40 add a first aid kit.

I always find it funny when some guy puts his kit on and it's got 7 crabs, 2 strops, 4 prussiks and a few pulleys. Just no need for that extra kit keep it in your bag and get it sent up if needed
