Surely if you are selling fuel to the public you should have product liability insurance. If you sell logs that spit onto furniture and cause a fire then you could held responsible especially if you did not give the buyer a disclaimer telling the dangers of spitting fuels and the need for a fire guard and the fuel sold was not as described i.e seasoned when it wasn't.

Something to ponder on .

Can you prove that you have any idea what your waffling on about? :lol: I just got in from lambing and people like you really bloody grate on me. I know this and that. Well go tell it to a wall. Then bash your head against it.

LOL, if you burn wood and don't know it spits thats your lookout not the log seller, can a fat person sue McDonalds??:laugh1:

 

P.S., dry wood spits more than dry.

My set up is my business I have no interest in anybody's else's set up.

If the agenda for asking was I bona fide business which is what I suspect then god help all the firewood sellers around me who advertise with mobiles only and state CASH ONLY on their advertising.:thumbup:
