26. strength is easier than endurance.

 

Cycling gets you legs of steel though!

 

O to be 26 again. My first love is cycling, but I love the gym aswell. One body part per session with a max of 15 reps and as heavy as I can go using a spotter to make the most of negatives. I,ve been training since I was 17, thats 30 years of it. I hope you keep it up, its very impressive. You aint even in youre prime years yet.

30 yrs of it is impressive. age is just a number though. lots of people in there 50's that are fitter than some people in the 20's

In 21 yrs Martyn youll be 47 and I,ll be dead or 68. I hope I make 68 and were both on Arbtalk so you can tell me how much longer it takes you to recover from any form of graft. Trust me when I say I felt invincible at 26, day in day out. Nowdays I feel invincible about twice a week.LOL.
