I've been looking at these, anyone use one/recommend a make ?.

The billy goat little billy with hose, was the one that i was interested in, its a known make, & that model will go easily through gateways to rear gardens, a big consideration for me.

Would appreciate your thoughts,

Regards,

Rob

Thank you, so no good on lawns then ?.

Mines the bigger version it's ok on lawns but not great. It's brilliant for car parks, tennis courts etc. I find the best thing for large grass areas is to use the ride on.

had the allen version usless on grass ok on hard surface. quicker to blow in rows and two greedy boards and pick up or as other posts lawn mower with collector save your money on a billygoat lot of money and will get used very little. the only other thing is a paddock cleaner they will suck them up but not cheap back pack blower and boards

I have generally found with vac they are more hassle than they are worth. Always blocking up a pain to push around......

A back pack blower a garden tub and dumpy bag is my preferred choice! Loads faster!!!

I've never used one but I've seen people using them and they look oh so awkward/bad back issues/noisy/useless at getting leaves from under cars- the list goes on.

Just get the best blower you can afford and put up with people saying 'why don't you just use a vacuum'

They've never used one.:sneaky2:

i have a sucker on my sthil its a total pain in neck blocks up all the time.

i find getting them in heaps a builders bag and jobs done much quicker.

just need a big back pack blower to make job easier as the br is hard work on arms and shoulders after using it for a few hours

Thanks again, for the advice. I got the stihl backpack blower a few weeks ago, & that is good, just thought i might be missing a trick with the vacuums, but looks like i was'nt !.
