Which large Stihl chainsaw is best out of the MS660 or MS661?

All 661 have been recalled so not one of them . Have to be a 660 with a melting brake handle then .......or the big H !

HI MATE i no of one 660 around new but the price will put you OFF and 660 may be in the shop before xmas if not the new year but when will the 661 come out :confused1:thanks jon

was told the 661 may be re released next week

 

HI MATE theres no way mate thats the 660/650 coming back only to help out as the 661 is on recall from 26.11.13 thanks it may be a very long time before you see the 661 ive ring 6 large dealers this weeks i had a 661 on a 25" bar to pick up 2/3 weeks thanks to arb talk i did not go with BUT TO BE FAR TO STIHL IT ONLY ON SOME SAWS LOW ON POWER THANKS JON

Anyone know the reason for the recall? Or any official statement?

 

Ours has begun to stall during use, and is a pig to restart especially when your on spikes!
