Picus needed Mid Wales

I need a Picus survey carried out on a tree near Aberystwyth in mid wales, has anyone got any contact details of someone that could help me out.

Thanks slack, like the way your thinking. I've given it a good tap and a probe today and I know what I'm thinking but the LA tree officer wants a picus done before he makes a decision it.
