Are D40 Navara's worth keeping after 80,000?

We ran Two at our end & they worked hard for a living towing our lightweight chippers, mine was sold at approx. 151,000 miles & apart from the normal front tyres it only had front wheel bearings. I never had any of the problems with engine, gearbox & axles you hear of. the trucks were serviced religiously.

 

The second truck we were not so lucky when the engine gave up at 220,000 miles.
