i have been quoted £32 is this a good price?

can i get seconds cheaper as they do the same job but will the building inspector approve it:confused1:

I used sheets from Seconds and Co and the BCO had no complaints. If you have doubts give your BCO a call. I have always found them very helpful. The usual defect with the seconds is uneven thickness so only use them if this does not matter.

Should be fine then for use between rafters. You might want new ones if also putting sheets between rafters and plasterboard to avoid thermal bridging.

what thickness is that, ive got a load of spare 50mm

BCO will want to know there are good condition before you fit between rafters ie foil is in place both sides, no impact damage and ensure they have BBA Mark or similar quality, it won't be a problem

Just been to check, bit of a senior moment, its 75mm, 3-4 yrs old but been kept in a shed and well sheeted against the light, Six packs of four sheets 75 by 2.4 x 1.2
