Better off with a decent headtorch. These are best value for money:

Always focused on the job and no shadow. If you're set on LED worklights, maybe see this thread?

Would it not get a bit weighty all that round your head etc i had something saminsh when fishing rechargable but the battery life was rubbish being halogen old stuff i know but was heavy on the noggin and no matter how tight i had the straps the battery pack had a mind of its own with the weight etc put me right off it and now sat on the shed shelf usless sorry mate

JUST BOUGHT THIS CAN MOUNT IT IN SHED ROOF N LINK IT TO A BATTERY OR MY JEEP ROOFRACK AND BUNGY A BATTERY UP THERE ON ROOF RACK I,E NO WIRING SWITCHES ETC AND WILL LIGHT UP THE BACK END OF JEEP N SPLITTER WHEN WORKING/MOVING ABOUT ETC FLOODLIGHT LED 12/24 Volts 10 WATT WITH PIR SENSOR | eBay

 

tell us how you get on with that light, i am considering buying 4 of them for inside the shed, they are vey cheap

No. Modern LED bulbs and Li-ion batteries are streets ahead of what you used when fishing.

 

I use mine every single night around the yard. Simply can't do without it.

That looks handy, I could do with something like that for the yard to run off the alarm battery backup if the power goes down at night :thumbup1:

lol its a £23 light and a picture wont do it justice to be honest just trust me and buy one its a led flood light that will give you sunburn in your shed lol

i still have not sorted lights out,

 

if i was to have 3 x 38W lights 240v, off at 100ah lesuire battery, and i would need a invertor,

 

but how long will the battery last / power lights
