It's probably caught an infection from the bacteria leaping across from your gloves :lol:

 

Seriously though, one thing that a lot of peeps don't realise is that gloves harvest bacteria, especially when we sweat a lot in the warmer months. If you then get a thorn jab it pierces through the bacteria and nicely infects the wound.

 

Gloves should be changed regularly, especailly when they are only 70p a pair

Your buying the wrong ones then, loads on the bay, you just have to filter out the rubbish.

 

Thorns are worse in winter after prolonged damp periods I think
