I am looking for some Trichocarpa and Gaver as I need them to be rust and canker resistant. I also need them to be super fast growing as I need to harvest them for unsplit logs in around 4 years. I've already ordered different trees including hornbeam birch etc.

I'm only after around 100 cuttings at the moment. I've tried emailing the poplar tree company but I've had no reply in a week and are thinking they have stopped trading which is a shame as their cuttings where around 20p each!

Any ideas where to get them from?

Cheers Andy

Thanks. But at 50p each they seem quite expensive. Is that generally the going rate?

Poplars were planted as setts, short lengths with a bud put in a dibbed hole and backfilled with sand.
