value of cundey post peeler??

evening all, ive been offered one of the above, old one with powered infeed, own engine, ect..

 

not got any work for it at the min, but I would happily have it incase I ever require one..

 

searched the web but cant find a guide on value, anyone willing to take an educated guess??

Not paticularly knowledgeable on the subject my self, but I do know a pal of mine paid 600 for an oldish one a couple of years ago. However I have no idea if this is a good or bad price!

It was also a pointer too.

is it the lister engine powered one?

if so i`d price on value of engine plus a bit,will give you some idea.

yeah, its the petter 9hp model, with the small wheels as rollers, complete with spare blades and other bits, needs a little work but nothing major.. to be honest the engines worth next to jack now.. (£150ish)

 

looks like a decent toy though, just thought It would be worth having incase..

 

engine price plus scrap seems a little low for whats there but I know where your coming from.., theres been a few on the ebay but the pages are that out of date they've removed them

If you get a preler and you have a supply of spruce, them its worth investigating the tipi pole market in your area as there can be ok money in it!
