Broken into...

Our van got broken into last night...I arrived at work this morning to find one of the windows smashed. It's a Transit crew cab and the rear seats have been stripped out and windows tinted. They broke the rear side window but didn;t manage to get into the AndyDesignsTM lock-box. Also couldn't get the doors of the van open even though they broke in because of the deadlocks. Must have given up after a while, made a bit of a mess of the lock-box doors but didn't get anything out. They did however manage to get a set of climbing gear, not sure why they took that but they did.

It was a pro-climber bag containing a willans T22 harness, a 45m sequoia rope and various biners, ascenders and lanyards.

Have spent this morning revising and strengthening the parts of the box they managed to damage, new window fitted and other bits and bobs.

Got broken into about 4 yrs years ago and they took everything, so feel very lucky and thank god for AndyDesignsTM and fords deadlocking system.

they are out there so be extra careful with your kit guys.
