Rang stihl hq, they basically said its not there problem, they sell saws to dealers and its up to them how long they take to repair, didn't realise I could use any other stihl dealers for warranty repairs.

 

But called dealers head office, told them my issues, and ironically I got a call from the dealer to say the part had just arrived that morning and it was ready to collect, didn't have time personally to collect, but lads did, surprising what a little pressure from above can make parts arrive like magic

My dealer is good my ms201 was new first job had a clutch problem rang my dealer he came to my job dropped off a new saw and dealt with it him self. I love stihl and would never use any thing else

Well your right there. And saying that I've never had a problem with my 200t. And the 201t feels sluggish
