Milled some timber using a logosol m7 unfortunately didn't take a picture of the full process like a div.

 

Anyway end product as in attachment can the keen eyes tell what the timber is though. Finished with rustins tung oil.

 

Also a solid oak block idea stolen from Robs treet website. Sorry Rob.

Ash...? Very nice by the way...

 

Believe it or not sweet chesnut. I just hope it doesn't crack too much, log was about 14 months old in the round with no bark on but it is still quite wet when working it. Fingers crossed.
