Valtra 8150 price?

Hi been offered a valtra 8150 with full forestry guarding. its got just over 10,000 hours on it, P reg. Forestry tyres. Very tidy. For £18000 + vat. What do you guys think of the price?

Sounds a lot, I paid £25k for a guarded s reg 6400 hi-trol with only 5.5k hours on it... and it came with a 2010 botex 560 roof mount!

Cheers for all the replies. I thought £18,000 sounded high. £15,000 was more what I was thinking. Its from I guy I do some hand cutting for, so I know the tractor. Brakes are good, drives well and everything works on it.

I don't know about the ins and out of importing them from Ireland but there are some very low hours good condition Valmets out there.

If its a good strong tractor, well looked after then IMO hrs don't count for much!

I have seen 1 year old £60k tractors with 2000 hrs I wouldn't take as a present:sneaky2:

 

I pay what it's worth to me, what jobs I can do with it in the time I would ship about, take time off to look at etc, I always prefer local, easy deals or long distance with folk I know and trust:thumbup1:
