Greenmech 2nd nned, sort of thing

Although it pains me to say it the 9" timberwolf on a turntable looks a beast

If money was no object, bandit model 90. Hell it's easy to spend someone else's money :D:thumbup:

I was recently taking to the owner of a hire company, he said they demoed the TW 9 inch turn table, but in order to save weight they cut back on metal........ after 12hrs there was visible stress marks on the main chassis....:scared1:

Wish I had jumped on this thread sooner. Saw it but didn't view it.

Thought it would be full of bang tidy women......

Ok first off stihl 880, just a pure bread monster. Should be built with a kick start rather than pull. Or a starter motor...

But this has been sorted.

Next is chipper. The cm220 9 inch and even tho it comes in at 1.3t the 75hp Isuzu engine just means in munches it way through anything you out in it. The extra weight is easily made up for in power. Also wouldn't be hard to machine feed it either. Plus it will throw the chip easily into a long tipper trailer (done it)

Used one for the past 2-3 yrs and I have struggled to get the stress control to even kick in, managed it on some big (7-8inch) connie about 10ft long, but it didn't kick in for long, didn't even judder it in, just sped up and carried on. Plus the six round blades mean they just get turned rather than removed and replaced, less down time waiting for sharpen if no spare set. Well easily run a season out of hard work.

Nice thread Paul. And chris can I ask where you got the bang tidy sticker from as I would love one on my landy.

What colour Bang Tidy sticker would you like? Ill get you one this weekend as i got mine from this very VDub festival last year so your just in time mate :thumbup1:
