Thanks for all the advice and replys on this and the kern vs hedera thread, i ended up getting kernmaster in the end, i really like the feel of it, i just cant quite get my hitch hiker hitch set up nice! This is my own problem though, i think the hh is sensitive to different ropes and I'm just gonna have to keep tinkering with it till i get it as nice as i had it on my blue tongue:)

I reckon I'll get the Kernmaster, unless anyone comes forward and says the Cougar Blue is much better.

Having said that, I like my Poison HiVee because it's 11.7mm thick. fells nice and is quite easy to grip when I need to. I don't fancy a thinner rope for that reason. I quite like the idea of 55m of the HiVee Calamine.

 

Probably end up getting the Kern. Santa is coming soon so you never know......
