There are 3 on the bay at the moment, are they any good, easy to strip, replace blades & maintain ?. i'm starting a gardening buisness, & looking for my first chipper.

They are about a grand on the bay, would appreciate any information & eperiences you've had with these.

They are brilliant. They are getting quite old now so age will be showing.

I had mine for years and it was very reliable (even the bearings).

When TW took over Entec they upped the treebusta price by a grand, then replaced it with those big orange rubbish chute things.

Thanks gents, hmm..200+kg ?, i was hoping to put it in the back of my hiace !

Don't give up on the idea. The Treebusta's very manoeuvrable; as you can see it's like a large wheelbarrow.

If you could rig up an electric winch (£50 odd on ebay) perhaps that could do the pulling up ramps while you lift the handlebars. For unloading I don't know; some kind of multiple rope wrap friction device...?

I don't remember mine being too heavy - it went into a transit easily with a short run up at the ramp.

The hiace should handle it fine.

My bad; I was thinking the Hiace had a floor height similar to a pickup but it's just a van isn't it.

Dogman, decent ramps will see you right as Shane rightly says.
